Who we are

The data controller is Axizel, a software studio based in Romania. You can write to us anytime at the address below.

What we collect

Through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), project type, your message and the language you used on the site.

To block automated messages, your IP address is held in the server's memory for at most 15 minutes and is not saved.

The server may keep technical logs (IP address, requested page, date and time) for security and troubleshooting.

Why and on what basis

We use the form data to reply and prepare a quote, at your request, before any contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We use the IP address and technical logs to protect the site from abuse, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don't use your data for marketing, we don't sell it and we make no automated decisions based on it.

The AI assistant demo

If you use the assistant demo, your questions and the replies are sent to Anthropic, the provider of the AI model, to generate the reply. We don't store conversations on our server. Please don't share personal data in the chat.

To limit abuse, your IP address is kept briefly in the server's memory, for 15 minutes at most, and is not saved.

Who can access it

Your message reaches our inbox by email. Only the providers that keep us running can access the data: website hosting and the email service, acting as processors under contract.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as our conversation needs and at most 12 months after the last contact if we don't start working together. If you become a client, we keep data as long as the contract and tax law require.

Cookies

We use a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language for one year. It is strictly necessary for the site to work, so it needs no consent. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

Fonts and all other resources are served from our own server, the site loads nothing from third parties.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. We reply within one month.

If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or to the data protection authority in your country.
